5 New Klaviyo Features for the Holiday Season

1. New flow builder 

If you visit your Klaviyo account you’ll notice that there’s a new modern and intuitive flow builder, making it easier to set up different flows like abandoned cart, post-purchase, and welcome. This new design includes a new configuration panel, a better way to navigate through complex flows, and a drag-and-drop interface.

At Navego we encourage our clients to implement the automated flows mentioned above and also winback flows, back-in-stock notifications, and reviews of products.

2. AI suggested headlines

Talking about product review flows, this is one of the best Klaviyo features. You can ask your customers for a review after a recent purchase. We recommend it to build social proof of the quality of your products and services.

Klaviyo has implemented a new AI tool that suggests headlines when your customers are leaving a new review.

3. Post-purchase journeys with SMS Order Updates

If your e-commerce is integrated with Klaviyo, make sure to enable SMS Order Updates so your customers can start getting all your post-purchase communications through email and SMS, directly from your Klaviyo account.

4. Targeted sign-up forms

Klaviyo has an updated feature for you to set up sign-up forms to only be visible to users on landing pages with specific UTM parameters added.

5. Prevent multiple forms from appearing to the same user

When your clients visit your website you want them to have the best possible experience. It’s not nice to see the same sign-up form coming at you again and again during your navigation. This is why, Klaviyo has released a new global form display settings where you can choose to limit your e-commerce to show one form per session and add a time delay between forms within the same session.
